I'm back!

Wednesday

Am shattered from night shifts but determined to shift some more weight now. Thought I would stop at 11 stone but want to try for 10 stone. I would love to wear a pair of shorts this summer, I have never worn them!

Breakfast - weetabix (hexb), ss milk (hexa), banana. Black coffee

Lunch - stir fry veg (carrots, baby corn, onion, mushrooms, beansprouts, sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, peppers) soy sauce, chinese 5 spice, worcestershire sauce, mixed in a scrambled egg - was yum! 1/4 choc egg and a few maltesers (10 syns)

Dinner - chicken fajitas (onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers), fajitas seasoning (1 syn), bns wedges

Drinks - black coffee, hot water with lemon, water

Snacks on night shift - wm roll with marmite (hexb), boaster biscuit (??), satsumas, apple, banana, muller light, lots of coffee

Syns - 11

Trying another fast day for 5:2

Dinner - smoked river cobbler, green beans, baby carrots and baby corn, 1/2 chocolate easter egg - 490 calories

Determined to rid the 3lbs I put on recently. Will see tomorrow!

Friday - 2lb loss this week, happy with that after easter indulgence

Breakfast - weetabix (hexb) milk (hexa), banana

Lunch - omelette (mushrooms, spring onion, cherry tomatoes, cheese)

Dinner - chicken stir fry (carrots, beansprouts, onion, sugar snap peas, baby corn, water chestnuts, mushrooms, peppers)

Snacks on night shift - marmite sandwich (hexb), apple, satsuma, 4 rich tea biscuits, 2 pieces of small choc cake

Syns - 15

Saturday - fast day starting 3am

Dinner - Gammon steak, green beans, peas, carrots - 346 calories

Options Hot Choc - 20 calories

Crisps and 1.5 rich tea biscuits 134

Total 500 calories

So yesterday was a fast day. I made a yummy sw tuna risotto with chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, onion and peppers. Around 300 calories plus an alpen bar.

Tuesday

Breakfast - shreddies (my hexb tweak plus hexa), 2 toast with butter and marmite (10 syns)

Lunch - 3 ww sausages (1.5 syns), 'fried' egg, tomatoes

Dinner - Jacket potato, cheese, pickle and salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot, spring onion)

Syns - 15

Soooo busy cos of new job so not posted for a while. Back on it today tho as want to reach my new target!

Friday

Breakfast - toast with marmite and black coffee (hexb)

Lunch - wm roll (hexb), cheese (1/2 hexa), pickle (1 syn), celery, cucumber, tomatoes

Dinner - salmon, green beans, baby corn, stir fry veg

Syns - 1 so far
 
Here to subscribe, you have some fab meals and I need to broaden my horizons a bit! Usually do green and ee as I struggle for rd day ideas (the usual story) but inspired after reading through your diary! Well done on your fab loss so far! X
 
Thank you! I pretty much did red days for 7 months and lost most the weight. I reached target of 11 stone and now toying with extending target, not sure! Been having a few more ee meals these days but do find red so much easier!

Happy if a few of my meals have helped xx
 
loving ur red days , great for ideas , well done on ur loss!!! sorry to probe and sound rude but why have u done a few fast days and have counted cals ? sorry just dont understand because with sw they say u should never feel hungry and dont need to count cals , also do u use a smaller plate ? ,, sorry for so many questions xx
 
Hi rach! I just tried the 5:2 diet recently. Sw is fantastic and really works but I just started to struggle recently. Very common once at target! I put on a few lbs over Easter so just used 5:2 (2 fast days and 5 calorie counting days) to get the lbs off quick, which worked!!

I don't intend to do anymore fast days!

Just had a very yummy chicken stir fry, proper sw food :-D

Breakfast - 2 weetabix ( hexa+b), banana

Lunch - wm roll, salad (cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery)

Dinner - fritata (spring onion, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, ww sausage baby corn, green beans, peas, sweetcorn) 1/2 syn

Snacks - kit kat

Lunch - fritata from yesterday

Dinner - salmon, green beans, mushrooms, baby corn, peas

Tea - pulled pork with a sauce (chopped tomatoes, passata, w sauce, mustard, s&p, balsamic vinegar, sweetner), baked potato, salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onion, beetroot)

Syns - 12

Snacks on night shift - banana, apple, orange, muller light

Right then, getting back to it. Just bought a size 12 skirt and it feels tight - I am NOT having that!!

Friday

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (hexa & b)

Lunch - salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, pepper), muller light

Dinner - goulash (beef, tomatoes, onion, peppers ), pitta (6 syns)
 
I hear ya Jen! I went clothes shopping and I'm so untoned, it makes pretty much anything apart from baggy stuff look horrible on, I'm all stomach so need to get back into exercise as I'm sick of it now, I don't know how after losing 2.5 stone I can look exactly the same in clothes, it's pretty annoying :( xx
 
I know! Made me realise that it really was my running that made me so successful with weight loss last year. Got a massive birthday shopping trip end of may, refuse to buy a bigger size!
