Hi Jen, I would like to subscribe to your diary as you have some lovely menus for red days and have done brilliantly well with your weight loss. I am currently trying a few red plus ee as I think too many carbs don't work for me either. My only problem is I am not brilliant for veg but I do like salads. Good luck with getting to your final goal. Beck xx

Hi there, thank you! Have gone a bit off track recently. Getting to target in feb was a massive achievement and I struggled to keep going! But I want another stone so moved target to 10 stone. Been bouncing around 11st for ages!

Red days are fab tho! I could never handle many carbs so green never worked for me. I do love my veggies tho. Try different ones, you may surprise yourself! My favourite is butternut squash, roasted in wedges or mash. I love it! Roasted veg is really nice. Grated cauliflower as rice substitute is great too. Courgette peeled into lengths is fab pasta sub too. Hope that helps xxx

Hey hun! Has been a tough few months for a lot of us. I've really struggled since getting to target, up and down and basically gorging my face with naughty foods lol. 2nd day of totally being on plan tho, am proud ha. Altho, weekend tomorrow! Hubs is getting tea from m&s tonight, told him I want fish! If weekend fails, will stick a fast day in next week, normally rectifies things for me!

We can do it, again! xxx

We definitely can do it! Im so determined, really upping my exercise too which should be easy as iv finished uni now so more time on my hands! Iv been to the doctors recently about some things going on and we got on to my weight and he looked at my records and it all seemed to pile on when in the time after I got my implant put in so Im getting that taken out in 2 weeks, not just because of the weight I just dont react well with it, but hopefully that may help with some weight loss!

Sounds like your back on it love! Yay! I feel like ive been really naughty today as I've had 2 curly wurlys but had no other SYNS and all meals were free so yay to that!

Have a nice weekend :) xx

Yea, taken a while to get my head back into it. I have totally been focusing on job so no room for meal planning. Have managed to stay within 3lbs of target tho so not too bad. Only achieved with the odd fast day tho!

Hi Jenny, did you make the pulled pork from sw magazine? It does look nice, if so is it easy to make and is it expensive for the pork? Sorry for 50 questions! Hope you are having a good day x Beck x

Yes, I make my pulled pork. I use pork shoulder, 1.5kg does loads! I mix passata, tsp mustard powder, 2 tbs worcestershire sauce, 5 tbs balsamic vinegar, garlic cloves or powder, salt and pepper, tbs sweetner. Pour over pork, cover in foil, oven at 150 for 4hrs. Is lush! Kinda tweaked the recipe until I liked it. I did it sat and it did main evening meal for 4 then sandwiches for 3 days so definitely worth it and cheap to do!!

Sounds well nice.
I'm going to give it a go on Saturday.

It's making my mouth water just thinking about it. Lol.

I tried the sw mag cope the other day and although nice it wasn't as old as I expected. Might try your recipe next time! Thanks xx
