I cant find these on the online syns thingy
but then again i'm newish to it all and its been a long time since i used it
the products are
horlicks light malt chocolate sachet 32g
Asda extra special skinless and boneless sardines with olive oil and lemon .
and the same but with toms and peppers.
and Asda lighter cream cheese ,
plain and with chives and onion

me new to this aswell.horlicks sachet 6syns on both.asda gfy cream cheese 28g 2syns 0n both,sorry cant help with the sardines, me had my weigh in last nite a gob smacking 4lb me made up.

Do you have the password from your consultant?

Go to SW's website and register, then you get into the SW members pages. On the top of those pages is a red button, syns online, you can get all the syns from there. In the meantime, i'll start looking some of the values up for you!

worked out asda ES sardines with olive oil is 2 syns on a red day so
thats not too bad
and 8syns on a green day
