L - 4 x ryvita (HEXb), 2 x laughing cow light (HEXa), beetroot, 6 cherry tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs
D - sweet potato (done as a jacket potato), 2 x laughing cow light, cottage cheese, salad
snacks - melon, grapes, alpen light (syn), mint options (syn)
