I think when I come off the diet it will be as important as being on the diet and that's what this forum has helped me to realise.
It's 9 days till my birthday so I'll be 100% with you too Lara.
Week 1, Day 4
Mushroom pasta, mushrooms, broccoli
Choc Shake (1/2 made into muffin, 1/2 as hot Choc)
Cottage pie, Lea and Perrins, mushrooms, broccoli, spinach (fav meal so far!)
Vanilla Shake (1/2 made ino a muffin, 1/2 as coffee vanilla latte...delicious!)
Found diet fine today. Definitely everyday gets easier a little bit but I have moments still defo!)
Side effects: 'paste' like texture constantly in my mouth but plus side of this it makes me drink my water quota each day.
