2nd pack arrived!

Just made 1 biscuit from 10g Oatmeal 10ml of water and put in over on high for 10 mins. Topped with 3g peanut butter DELICIOUS! Rest of pack made into normal oatmeal with water and sprinkling of cinamon and cup of tea! FULL!

Gym

Chicken breast with salad
Oatmeal Pack (see above for how I made it)
Salmon with asparagus and mushrooms fried in fry lite and garlic
Cup of tea with milk Choc Truffa bar! (AMAZING!)

Weightmas eve tomo but not sure how much I've lost?!

50 mins cardio
45 min Core Stability class
20 mins walking to post office

Had lunch
Made porridge pack into 1 biscuit mixed with peanut butter was AMAZING and ad with tea!

Off to see Batman tonight with a mate of mine who said... Don't eat too much for dinner.. We're getting sweets and popcorn..

To which I replied... I'm not I'm getting my IBIZA BOD ON!!! I'm taking my pre-brough coke zero and I pinched a pic n mix bag from Tescos (haha!) in which I'm guna chop up my SnS bar into about 15 pieces and eat it like its pic n mix!!!!

Hahaha brilliant!!! Love that plan and response to your friend!! My god you are a soldier doing all of that exercise and staying 100% in heat and I hope you are really proud of yourself :) I'm sure you'll be thanking yourself you did when you hit the island!!! My days are dragging so much I just wanna be there but at the same time i need these 5 days to drop the last few pounds and really really really hope leg will heal :-S

Haha no one will ever know about the pic n mix!!

I've got days off so may aswell use them working out! On Obese a year to save my life the guy was made to do 4hrs cardio a day! If he can do it weight 500lb then I can do it!

Day 7 nearly over! How's your day been Lara? You're doing fab these 5 days will fly by!xxxx

Hahhaa that pick n mix just made me laugh on the train! Very creative aren't u!!

Yea today has been ok friend stayed over last night n was annoying me as she kept talking about food n exercise - 2 things I cannot do... Just really want my leg to heal as the holiday gets closer I'm getting more anxious Its not ok yet

On a brighter note tho I've sunbathed a lot n got the tan strarted ;-)

Had 2 porridges, spag Bol + mushroom today and 3 skim milk teas... May have a 4th pack probably not though will see a friend now but won't eat... Just sip sip sip!!

You have to continue being good when I'm away ok - use it as a motivation to suprise me when I'm back!!! Xxx
 
By the way has ketosis hit any of u yet? No sign of it for me but day 4 is 2mo... You weighing in today or 2mo svincent?x
 
You should be in ketosis, not everyone gets symptoms hun. Good luck for weigh in Xx
 
I don't have bad breath.. But I have lots of energy! And not very hungry! (Although I am right now as had last bar at 8pm in cinema!) So I think I am! Cravings gone too.. I only miss food when I a really think about it! (then I miss it quite bad :-( )

I'm weighing in tomo morn... Excited and scared!

Week 1, Day 7

Chicken and salad
Porridge made into a biscuit with 5g peanut butter
Spaghetti Bol with broccoli, mushrooms and lea and perrins
Dark Choc and coconut bar with coke zero at cinema (average wouldn't get the bar again)

2nd Week tomorrow I can't believe I've made it!

You're back on the 9th aren't you Lara? That'll be my 3rd week.. I'll still be on track.. Hopefully with an 8 something in the scales. Night all!xxxx

Ps: found the cinema hard! My mate got a big bag of white Choc buttons.. My fav!!!! But did feel good I resisted ;-)
