Ideas of fun body magic

I am a regular walker and my mental health lately is on the low side and struggling a-lot to exercise. I need to keep inspired and motivated to fit in body magic! Any good ideas for me to consider.
so close to my personal target and hoping to get there soon. 🤞🏼

The ones he did for schools are quite enjoyable and not too strenuous but still surprisingly tiring!
