Anyone got any syn free or low syn pasta recipes please? Chicken or tuna preferred. I've always used jars previously!(lazy I know!) lol. I've tried doing a search but keep coming up with pasta n sauce packets.
Ideas?? Please

grill chicken.
use philly for your hexa
cook pasta with a handful of frozen veggies in the same pan. while it's cooking, chop chicken. drain pasta and veg in a sieve or collander and set aside, put philly in the pasta pan with a little garlic paste or ground or chopped garlic and some herbs (fresh or dried), heat until it's melted. pour on the pasta and veg, stir and serve.
