I don't think xenical carrys on working between meals as they say on the leaflet to avoid the intake of food containing fat between the main meals in which you take xenical with, I try not to snack inbetween my meals but if do I try and have fruit or something that is not fattening. Hope this helps:)

No problem, Iv brought weight watcher snacks before like cookies ect they are nice and there are other low cal snacks out there also it could be worth you having a look

Merange nests are on 50 cals 0 5 per nest and are super sweet! i luv tem when my sweet tooth is calling!! bit to easy to eat a whole box tho lol!!!

i would presume they work throughout the day hence needing to take one (on average) every 4 hrs? isn't this why they say no more than 30g of fat per day?

Thanks kae i had a yummy dessert last night 1 meringue nest topped with a reccomendation from another post mullerlight cherry yoghurt with (choc reccomended was 1 cube 70% green and blacks )i used instead half a cube somerfield best ever dark choc with orange peel pieces this one is 52% but lower in fat content per 100% and wow it worked so well i felt naughty with out actually being naughty it worked out to approx 1.4g fat for the entire dessert.:eek::D:D

I was led to believe they only work up to an hour before or after meals... which is why they say avoid eating fat in between meals.

Whenever i get the urge to snack i always think to myself "urrggh.. i'll absorb ALL the fat in that if i eat it.." And considering we've all see what that fat looks like (c'mon girls and boys.. everyone's been appalled when they've seen the by product in the loo lol) and i find that's enough to keep me on the straight and narrow!

My other fave inner saying is "im too strong to be controlled by a cookie" lol
