I was led to believe they only work up to an hour before or after meals... which is why they say avoid eating fat in between meals.
Whenever i get the urge to snack i always think to myself "urrggh.. i'll absorb ALL the fat in that if i eat it.." And considering we've all see what that fat looks like (c'mon girls and boys.. everyone's been appalled when they've seen the by product in the loo lol) and i find that's enough to keep me on the straight and narrow!
My other fave inner saying is "im too strong to be controlled by a cookie" lol
