im annoyed !!!

    weigh in day today , and ive lost a massive .........1lb omg wtf ! i had a bad day saturday but it didnt involve chocloate or beer or anything bad like that , i just had sum rice noodles and a slice of garlic bread and a fruite scone.
    but 1 day slip !!
    all the rest ive bin super doing ws , i mite try ts to give me a boost ,
    i just feel really down now, i know a loss is a loss but i just feel like crap !!
    sorry for my rant i just needed to let it out .....:confused::mad:

    I feel your pain :( I will say though and I hope this causes no offence..:( but the carbs would of made an impact. This diet is so strict that even though in our heads we did "not eat much" this diet gives us no room for it:(

    I'm positive you have not gained real fat, but in retention, glycogen.. Etc those carbs will show the impact on the scales. I bet you have a lovely loss next week if you stick to plan :) Good luck x

    Id agree, its definitely your slip thats done it, all the things you had are full of carbs but on the plus side, stick to plan next week and youll shift it no problem. Its not a real gain, its water etc :)

    Agree with everyone else. Also have you measured? I've lost nothing this week so far and WI on a Friday. I've lost 1.2 an inch of waist and chest and 1 inch off hips though.
