I did LT a few years ago and it worked, I was going to do Atkins, but I can't cope with temptation/grey areas. When I'm on Atkins or whatever, I end up having just one bit of choclate or just half a glass of wine...

So this time I'm opting for exante, mainly as I don't have to go to chemist etc. I've been on Atkins for two days now so fingers crossed I've sorta kicked the carb craving as it is!

Can anyone remind me what sweeteners are ok for adding to the shakes?
