wELL HAD A FAB TIME AT THE BARBIE AND DARE NOT ADD UP PROB ABOUT 20 WITH THE WINE LOL.I DID GO ON A 4 K WALK SO HOPEFULLY NOT TO MUCH DAMAGE.

its hard to get your head round when your used to stones and pounds.When i look at my ticker it dosnt look like ive got much till you convert it lolxx
 
NIGHTMARE WENT SHOPPING TODAY AND WE STOPPED AND HAD A SMOOTHIE FOR LUNCH.I CHOSE A 97% FAT FREE SMOOTHIE ,WHILE EVERYONE ELSE HAD THERE DRIPPING IN CHOCOLATE.I FELT VERY SMUG GOT HOME FOUND OUT THEY WERE 13 POINTS AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH:cry::cry:
