thanks jools,i managed to save 4 points today so thats cool.I have got to go till week on thursday for weigh in cause im on nights mon.So i should in theory have a really good week:eek:
 
thanks jools,well i didnt manage to save 4 points ,i ended up eating them in a ww bar and water melon.I nearly had a binge but luckily the 4 points saved me:D
 
bloody hell my page had gone after one day.I have had 2 shocking days dont know why or how.Very pissed off with myself .Why do we do thisx
 
I dunno hun. We are our own worst enemies sometimes. Its that devil on your shoulder, telling you "its OK, eat it, make up for it tomorrow" etc etc. Unfortunately, we never make up for it tomorrow. Get yourself back to basics, read your books, point EVERYTHING and look for cheaper point alternatives so you can eat more! Hope you're feeling a bit chirpier today hun xxx
 
Morning Paula .. I do it im awful ....
Eat somthing i know i shouldnt and then think oh sod it! ive ruined it now and go totally off the rails!
It is difficult! but we can do this! .......
Like Cheryl has said have a flick thro your books again! maybe even write a weeks menus out and then only shop for what you need!

I do this each week I write and point my meals only just teatime tho and then buy everything and go from there much better than just browsin the shops throwing all sorts in! ...

Not sure what else to suggest but hang on in there! You can do this! xxx
 
thanks marie and pixie,i cant understand why something that means so much to us we sabatage.I have been overweight for years and years this time i get so far and it all goes tits up.
When im strong im really strong then i have a lapse but its a bloody big onex:cry:
