Back again after losing 4stone, maintained for a year, got a boyfriend and now I'm all fat again, so back to lose 5 stone, I've decided that I'm using cambridge 5 days a week and taking saturday & sunday off, My biggest downfall before was not allowing myself a life, so I know it'll take longer, but it'll get me there eventually :) Anyone want to buddy up and yell at me when I have a hissy fit for a kebab mid-week?

Hi Chrissy. For starters best of luck! For seconds, I would be very worried about you doing this diet and taking days off. You'll be in and out of ketosis and facing permanent hunger pangs monday to friday which you'll have to work at controlling and mentally do you think you'll be able to stop yourself "binging" at the weekend knowing that you intend to go back on the wagon on Monday? Also I'm not an expert but the side effects of Cambridge are established and are linked to hormone changes, sugar levels etc. If you're in and out of ketosis on a weekly basis you could do permanent damage? What does your CDC say about your plan? Personally I tried for ages after I lost the weight to maintain using Cambridge and it wasn't possible for me to curb the hunger pangs on the days I was going SS when I wasn't 100% on plan and in ketosis. I'd get an insatiable need to binge on everything in site. Eating a strict 900-1000 cals a day mon-fri of normal food might be more bearable if you think you won't be able to maintain a diet on the weekend?

Good luck chrissy x
