WELL DONE!! most ime able to run for is 3 minutes :( but i hope to improve over the coming weeks :D
 
thats fab well done. I'm also doing race for life so back to the gym to get up to 5k
 
i went back to the gym today for the first time since march last year , it was a little struggle to say the least but i managed nearly a hour .but least the worst is out of the way.
