Im new - am I doing it right????

Hi all - Im Rach and im new!!!
I started SW last friday and have really enjoyed it so far. I came across this website last night........... its fab! Thought this was a good way to keep on track - I will be on a beach 2 weeks today and so really need to get my weight loss of to a good start.
EE Day
Breakfast – Milk (HEA) 28g Special k (HEB) 1 peach
Lunch – Tuna/ rice salad Hobnob biscuit (3.5 syns)
Tea – Ratatoui (sp??) made with courgette, pepper and tomato 1 tsp olive oil (2syns) Haddock goujans coated in ½ tbsp flour (2syns), strawberries
Does this look alright? :confused:

I've just returned to SW, am trying to get my head back round at and don't feel overly confident to comment but one thing that does occur to me, was your Special K at breakfast the Sustain one as 'normal' Special K isn't a HeB.
