firstly congrats on starting Slim fast and Good luck with it...
regards cravings...... well ive not had any yet.. and ive beed doing it for just gont 8 weeks! but i guess i do have to admit im being really strong willed at the moment... lol....
have you maybe tried the slim fast snack bars? when i wanted something sweet i had one of those.. or a boots Shapers bar...
or even work out how much 100 cals of chocolate is and have that as one of your snacks...
Hot chocolates are also really good. and the options ones (many many different flavors) are really good too......
maybe choose the chocolate shakes (i find the premade ones really give you that chocolate taste and ends any major crave for it)
