Over on the syns yesterday but had some in the bank so I was happy to go over.
Weighed in this morning -4lb. So happy with that for my first week. 10lb to go 😃.
Hunters chicken was so good last night, absolutely doesn’t feel like a diet at all. Out for dinner for my mums 60th tonight so looking at the menu it won’t be slimming world friendly but I’ll be good today and straight back on plan tomorrow, hopefully it won’t cause too much damage 😬.
 
So i went pretty off plan over the bank holiday weekend. Put on 2 of the 4lb I’d lost previously but I did have many treats including prosecco and vodka so I can’t complain. Back on plan now and no nights out planned for a few weeks so should be plain sailing 😬

I think a blow out on a takeaway or meal out is necessary every now and again for your sanity. My food diary is littered with them, but my overall weight direction was still down. If you treat it too much like a restrictive diet you will give up.

Potato rosti pizza was awful, base was really revolting but the topping was lovely so just ate that! Waiting for my shopping to be delivered tomorrow to try KFC style chicken 😃

6 syns so far but I’ve just read you need to syn the smash for KFC chicken 😫 I’m not going to as I picked the coating off as it had a nasty flavour to it. Quite disappointed with that recipe but I think I’ll try the chilli dorito chicken next😋.
Maybe I’ll have a glass of wine later. My daughter is currently making Easter egg shredded wheat nests so I’ll need to try very hard to resist one of those!

Will do, it looks like it’s just a packet of chilli doritos crushed and an egg so hopefully I can’t go too wrong with that! I was so disappointed but then I’m not a fan of smash at the best of times. Today I’m doing chicken pieces in natural yogurt and tandoori curry powder so hopefully these will make some delicious chicken kebabs 😋

Tandoori chicken was amazing, definitely my favourite SW recipe so far 😃
