I'm starting on monday

Had a bit of a blip today. Had 2 cups of coffee with sugar and milk :( so cross with myself.. Will it affect my ketosis? Drinking water when it's cold is so hard. And I don't like black coffee or peppermint tea. Think I only caved because I've had the day off work. Feeling quite deflated. :(
 
As long as you get up straight away if you fall you will succeed in the end. Whatever you do don't beat yourself up about it so much that you feel a failure and give up. You had an "oooops!" now carry on again. You can do it!
