well i used my magic measure when i started and 1 month in i have measured again and
bust = -2
waist = -1
hips = -2
widest part = -3
left thigh = -1
right thigh = -1
knees the same
left arm = -1
right arm = -1
i think thats very good indeed, so dont forget everyone have a measure when you start or do it now its good motivation

well done for those lost inches!
I got round to measuring myself last weekend, will leave it a couple of weeks until i 'have a peep!' at how many inches i have lost!
