As some of you will know, i have a hairline fracture of the wrist and therefore my GP has said that I should move onto RTM whilst it is healing cos 530 cals a day just won't cut it for the healing process.

she has also mentioned adding some milk into the odd shake to up my calcium intake.

I am waiting for the OK from LL head office now, but assuming all is ok i would like to get started before my next meeting next wednesday.

what are the brief rules for week 1 please?

How much protein can we replace our 1 foodpack a day with?

I still have 15kgs to lose but the arm has to take priority for the time being.
