innocent veggie pots - beetroot and quinoa

Have just brought one....without knowing the syns but looking at the ingredients - cornstarch and tomato paste are the only syn-worthy ingredients.

Could anyone help?

Unfortunately this one isn't on the website yet - the four ones they do have range from 4.5 syns per pot to 7 syns per pot on a green day.

The syn calculator says 12.5 syns per pot, but it's hard to get the right value because it's so heavy in veg, rice and other free foods.

If I were you, I'd syn it at 7...
