Introducing myself

Hi I'm Caress aka Andrea, I'm on CD. I started on 4th January at 27st 5lb, with 233 lb to lose. As of yesterday, I'm 26st 6lb, with 220lb to lose. I lost 13lb in my 5 days. My sister, spooky is my CDC.

Thank you, it sure has, I feel so inspired by it and a new sense of determination. I told my sister yesterday, I'm aiming for at least 1/2 stone next week
