Is anyone else starting next week???

Hello everyone I am claire and I am starting next week the consultant is coming Tuesday I am very excited but totally nervous about starting! I have around 4 stone to lose and I am determined to beat my bad habits for good this time!

I lost 5 stone on weight watchers a few years back but I am gradually piling it back near 3 stone back on now and it's depressing no clothes fit etc

How are the newbies doing?? It's great I have found this forum loving all the support and stories xxx

Morning and welcome! It's good that you're taking action now rather than letting all the weight creep back on! You'll lose 4 stone in no time that's the amount I want to lose too. Good luck for your start next week
