Its the totm for me and I was wondering, does it affect your weight loss?

I do feel bloated, and normally when I'm not on CD I get lots of water rentention, but because this diet kind of gets rid of a lot of water in your body should I weigh the same as any other week.

    Or am I talking b***ocks????

my totm month losses tend to be smaller but the next week makes up for it, it all evens out over a months worth of losses

varies from person to person but as sumayyah says it tends to even out over the month.... the hormones are stored in fat so as you are fat burning you may notice differences in your cycle too.

it doesnt effect me, but I have noticed that I dont get bloated much on this diet, where I normally would put on up to 4lbs normally at totm

I'm hoping mine disappear completely :)

A few people have said previously that their mood swings seem to lessen too; although that could be to do with cutting out sugar too.

I haven't really noticed any differences at all between my losses whether it's the week before or week after!
