There have been a couple of 810 threads but as so many peeps move through it quickly they never last. I'm an 810er and started on it. Not sure how much longer i'll be on it before moving o 1000 but I do love the plan. good luck x

Thanks for the reply! Can I ask how long youve been on 810 and what your losses have been like? Im only seeing my CDC tomorrow and havent 100% decided on the 810 plan yet but it looks really good to me.

I did 810 for 5 months last year and really liked it, losses were not much different to soul source, different people have different results though. Some people stay in ketosis and some dont.

I have just moved onto 810 having been on SS for 12 weeks. At first I was really reluctant to try it, but I have found it really excellent to have some food, and a warm frothy coffee at the end of the day. I've been loosing weight quicker too.
