I'm trying to do EE today. Is this ok so far for me breakfast and lunch:-
 
Breakfast
27g packet of porridge with 2 bananas
 
Lunch
Packet rice (dried variety) made with water
with mullerlight yogurt and 1 banana and tub of strawberries
 
I'm usually a "green" girl but I'm trying to get my head around EE.
