Is this ok for EE

I'm trying to do EE today. Is this ok so far for me breakfast and lunch:-

27g packet of porridge with 2 bananas

Packet rice (dried variety) made with water
with mullerlight yogurt and 1 banana and tub of strawberries

I'm usually a "green" girl but I'm trying to get my head around EE.

I think you would be better to bulk out the rice at lunchtime with some veggies rather than have fruit and yoghurt for afters.

You may also want to have fewer bananas each day and substitute in some other fruit and veggies instead.
