From what I have seen on here you dont have to have CD on DD only. You can eat food. Well I have been. I think that is fine but see what the others say too
thats right you don't have to feel guilty eating just remain in your cals. Once you've worked out cals & meals 4 a dd you could have this again on another dd
Yes I tend to break it up into 5, so 100 cals max each time. If you plan right for the day there is lots you can have. Get some sugar free jelly, as it's only 32 cals a pint and great for an evening snack I have some every dd
