well this may sound so sad, but today i can actually fit into primark jeans size 18, something i havent been able to do for years im so chuffed!! cant wait untill i can fit into the 16!!! wow this diet really works
wk 1-6 1/2lbs
wk 2-4 1/2lbs

wk 4-2 1/2lbs

thats brilliant. i am still a size 16. i think that when i joint SW i was 15st 5 and wearing a size 16 but i must have squeezed in them
but now they are getting a bit looser. i seem to carry weight on my thighs, so even though they will be loose everywhere else my thighs are hhUUGGEE
