1. People tell you they can see you've lost weight- this has happened to me several times this week with being back at work!

2. Your super tight jeans you could hardly get into now are a little loose!!

3. Your boyfriend says that he would love you no matter what size you were! But is very encouraging about your weight loss

several people have noticed my loss too and i tried on a size 12-14 summer dress today and it fits already xx

I love the size thing... even when you haven't got into a new one!

I was debating going into a dreaded size 26, as my 24s were starting to bust outta the seams Now my clothes are all pretty comfortable and getting very loose. Think I'm not far off a downsize, but its just lovely not having to go clothes shopping and go up a size yet again!

i love it. having so many comments now about how much difference is visible.
dropping dress sizes always put a smug smile on my face as i ditch the old clothes knowing ill never wear them again
