Just had my AAMW dinner, chicken, cauli and brocolli....followed by a choc muffin....and 1/2 litre water....feel pretty full now.

Got to try and get another litre down tonight, struggling with the water at the mo....but I will do it.

I have weigh in in the morning, fingers crossed for a loss as it has been aamw.

Know what you mean by the water Maggie. My intake is really bad at the moment, only 2 litres if i'm lucky. Hopefully coz i'm eating quite alot i dont need to drink as much to replenish the water supplies.

OH wow how exciting Tara i go to get my measurements done on 5th Jan before they order the dress it's exciting. You always seem so calm though lol i think i'll be bricking it and a mega stresshead 15 days before my wedding!!!!!!
