Just thought id share my struggle...... So today was the first day of my STW....

Whilst the morning went quite well, lunch Ok (so i thought)... Later in the day the cravings just hit....
NOrmally, im very good the first day... but i failed drastically and enjoyed a suffolk bear and treacle cured bacon sandwich on sourdough bread...

Firstly i dont normally eat bacon
Secondly, i dont normally eat sourdough bread..
So why did i do this to myself..

I feel quite bad, yet slightly satisfied (more bad) for doing this, but this is just not a good start for me..

And having considered my diet manual of sorts, i realised my lunch choice consisted of foods i should not eat.. SIGHHHHHHH......

Hi Soul, I'm starting it all again as well. Which diet are you on?? I'm doing Slimming World and finding it fine because there's loads you can eat. I think some times when you're on a "diet" it's psychological and you seem to want everything and anything just because you "can't"...
I hope you're feeling better about it all now and getting into it. Good luck x
