    i was gettin worried there!

    im having a good 2nd day restart so far!

    its my first day off in 2 weeks so relaxing and then gotta clean my house from top to bottom!!

    One shake and one litre down for me :) :) my house is filthy really need to get cracking on it but im distracted by minimin's!!!!!!!!!!!

    hey guys, well i have had one shake and about a litre of water, just pegged the washing out lovely day today! had next door in for a chat (old lady), baby is bored so i am going to force myself away from the pc to give her some attention in abit, not now in abit lol!

    oh and i clean the chickens out this morning they really do poo for england! lol

    Hi folks haven't been on the daily in ages. I'm back on track following 1000 plan after my 2lb gain on my hols so far so good. I do feel tempted to pick though, never wanted to cheat before my hols so not sure why I have the urge now.

    I've got 4 weeks till my next break away and I want this last 10.5lb off by then. I'm due to have an operation when I come back from my next little jaunt so won't be able to follow cd then for 3 months, so it really is now or never.

    Day 10 for me (I think) and 1 shake down and only 1 litre of water, need to get cracking with that.

    Very pleased with my daily losses and it's like I'm walking on clouds these days. I now weigh the same as I did xmas 2006 and I am just over the moon. Have been dreaming of this day for soooo long :D Still a bit to go but to be honest just being in the 10's is fantastic!!!! :D

    hey everyone. i'm feeling really really munchy at the mo. i have to fight myself every step of the way not to eat low carb things. i keep thinking 'but if i low carb with the shakes i'll still lose loads of weight and keep my nutrients' but that isn't the way this is supposed to go. i'm finding it really hard right at this minute though :(
