Just watch out for the refined stuff, sugar,white flour, baked Potato ready prepared stuff. Stick with the brown rice/wholemeal/salads/veg/good protein and you will be ok ;0)

Well done on reaching goal and good luck with maintainance......just take each day as it comes like you did on your weight loss journey and I'm sure you'll be fine. I think I gained after losing before (on WW) as I didn't correct any increases when they were small, and then they just got bigger. So my advice (which I intend to follow myself) is to keep a track each week of any increases, and nip them in the bud straight away.
