ive had a bad day !!!!

drunk coffee about 10 cups with milk !!!!! had no food. been at the hospital with my 5 year old, shes been hard of hearing in the past and had surgery and now her one ear is bleeding inside around the eardrum !!!! stressed eric that i was i drank coffee.... feel peckish but havent eaten food and hoping i will stay in ketosis ! find out in the morning when i pee on a stick !!!!

Hun I've been having milk in my tea since I started, and it hasn't affected my ketosis or my weight loss so far!!

Hope your lil one is ok.. Mine is 6 and poorly at the mo

I wouldn't worry too much, you could have done far worse things when under stress than have a bit of milk in your coffee
