I've had a week off the diet

and I've put on 4lbs!! I'm trying to get back into it so fear not team 2, I won't be letting the side down.

I'm aiming to eat this today and not be tempted

B 2 x alpen light hexb and muller, ss milk hexa

L Bacon, sausages and eggs with 2 x ww danish hexb and 3 tbsp ketchup 3 syns

D Shepherds pie with carrot and swede topping, cabbage and gravy (I'll probably use the remainder of my syns here)

S Pineapple and satsuma

I'm at work this afternoon and solicitors in the morning so don't know if I will be able to fit in a gym session but will try to.

i think sometimes it does us good to have a week off as it stops us getting bored .you will soon get that 4 lbs off just look at what you have achieved so far well done for getting straight back on it xxx

Perfectly understandable that you had a week off with the worry about poor Herbert, but you'll get the weight off again very quickly, I'm sure. (Not that I should be encouraging you since you're in a different team to me:D)
