Forgot to post pictures in this forum as I don't see many guys actually doing the diet let alone showing their physical progress. So here are my pictures. I only went on Lipotrim for 7 weeks but managed just over 3 stones lost.

Also if anyone says I need to shave - don't! I look about 12 not 21 when I have no body/facial hair.

Well done. Amazing weight loss. How tall r u if u don't mind me asking ?
My fiancé is doing it also he started last year round September but had a higher weight than u and has now lost nearly 10 stone. He's doing great.
