Jane you eat so little lol how do you stay full up on that?

Rozie I don't eat alot but I still can't lose weight very quickly because of my under acted thyroids and being a diabetic doesn't help as well, I eat alot of fruit but not alot of veg xx
 
Today is a new day for me, started using my new Nutribullet and getting in my fruit and veg intake.

asda extra special greek yogurt fat free

Today has been a good day, the sun was shining, was out in the garden sat on thedecking it makes you feel good in yourself and a lot stronger, food choices wasgood, felt like I'm back in control.

Thanks Rozie, it may be only a handful buts it is a little bit more than I normally eat, my nutribullet is helping and I think its great, I'm getting my fruit and veg down. xx

Hi Rozie I'm finding it great I'm getting my fruit and veg in plus I feel in control in what I'm eating, I weigh myself on a Monday morning so I will see if its working, I look forward to having my drinks, I always make my morning drink the night before and my lunch time one or snack one in the morning because I have them cold.
I still do homemade soups aswell for lunch and have a normal heathly meal in the evening xx
