Lost 1lb last night so very happy with that!

Tuesday 18th July 2012 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Strawberries, blackberries and candarel

Lunch - Ham and Pickle Sandwich (HexB for bread) (1 syn for pickle), French Fries (5 syns), Mullerlight, Pineapple and grapes

Dinner - Cheesy Mushroom Pasta (HexA for cheese), Salmon fillet

Snacks - Banana

Syns - 6

Not much snacking today because my meals seemed to fill me right up which I think is a good thing although will try and snack tomorrow to keep my metabolism up.

Thursday 19th July 2012 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Raspberries and blackberries

Lunch - Left over cheesy mushroom pasta (HexA for cheese), mullerlight and strawberries

Dinner - Pork steaks, mashed potato, carrots, green beans and broccoli. Gravy (2 syns)

Snacks - Banana, 2 x aldi cereal bar (HexB ), home made chocolate cake (lots of syns - good job I didn't eat them all yesterday!)

Syns - 15 + 9 from yesterday

Just resurrecting this diary to try and drag myself back on plan after Christmas. As tomorrow is another pig out day for me and Monday will be a drinky night I need to be 100% on plan all the other days that I can!

Friday 28th December 2012

Breakfast - Raspberries with natural yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey (1 syn)

Lunch - 2 boiled eggs with a slice of wholemeal toast (hexb) and an apple crumble yoghurt (0.5 syns)

Dinner - 3 light choices sausages (3 syns), sprouts, kale, mash potato, carrots, broccoli and onion gravy (2 syns)

Snacks - Pineapple, pistachio nuts (6 syns)

Syns - 12.5

Have had hexa of milk in drinks throughout the day.

Saturday 29th December 2012

We're going to mum and dads today for a Xmas day with them so I know that for that part of the day at least I'll be off plan. Mum is doing a proper Xmas meal including Xmas pudding which is where my weakness lies! Will stay on plan as much as poss but this week my goal is a maintain so I'm going to let my hair down a little bit.

Breakfast - Raspberries, fat free natural yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey (1 syn)

Lunch - Turkey, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, roast potatoes (cooked in frylight), stuffing (4 syns) and gravy (2 syns). Followed by Xmas pudding and cream (16 syns for pudding and 5 syns for cream) and most likely some home made Xmas cake a bit later on (18 syns at least). Ho hum.

Dinner - Turkey sandwich (hexb for bread), Apple crumble yoghurt (0.5 syns) and cherries

Snacks - None hopefully as my meals should be filling enough.

Syns - 46.5 (conservative estimate, lol)
 
Sunday 30th December 2012 - Extra Easy

Well as expected yesterday was bad but was loads better than it would have been a few years ago. Onwards and downwards and today is going to be a 100% day again.

Breakfast - Raspberries, fat free natural yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey (1 syn)

Lunch - Roast Turkey sandwich (hexb for bread + 2 syns), pickled onions, red cabbage, babybell light ( part hexa)

Dinner - Chicken wrapped in bacon, mash potato, broccoli, cauliflower and kale with gravy (2 syns). WW yoghurt

Snacks - Cherries

Syns - 5 (cutting back a bit today to make up for yesterday and tomorrow)
 
Monday 31st December 2012 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Pineapple, WW raspberry yoghurt

Lunch - Tomato soup, wholemeal bread (hexb), chicken breast with sweet chilli dip (4 syns), cherries

Dinner - Pepper pasta from the new mag

Snacks - grapes
 
Hmm well last night i went off plan with my eating but didn't drink so am hoping for a maintain at wi tomorrow. We''ll see!

Tuesday 1 January 2013 - Green

Breakfast - None cos I didn't wake up until 11

Lunch - Homemade tomato soup abduction wholemeal bread (hexb)

Dinner - Some more of the pasta I made yesterday reheated

Snacks - None (don't feel like eating today and its not even because I'm hungover!)

Syns - None planned but may have a curly wurly later so 6

Sunday 6th January 2013

Breakfast - Large pot of pineapple

Lunch - 2 x Rosemary and red onion sausages, left over Spanish style veg from yesterday (1 syn for small amount of chorizo), shape delight yoghurt

Dinner - Bbq chicken (1·5 syns for season and shake), roasted veg, potato wedges and sweet chilli sauce (2 syns)

Snacks - Special k chewy delight (hexb), Apple, special k sweet chilli crackers (5 syns), freddo (5 syns), Pepsi max, glass of milk (hexa)

Syns - 14.5
 
Reviving this to try and get a bit more focus. My weight loss has stalled thanks to a break up and then a new man appearing on the scene. Apparently I eat when both sad and happy, lol.

Friday 17th May 2013 - Original

Breakfast - 6 x extra light laughing cow triangles, 6 x ryvita whole grain crackerbread, smoked salmon

Lunch - 2 x wholemeal bread, 3 x Rosemary and red onion sausages, apple

Dinner - Chicken breast, blue Dragon sweet chilli and garlic stir fry sauce, mixed vegetables

Snacks - Graze carrot cake, shape strawberry yoghurt, pineapple

Snacks - Sugar free skinny caramel latte, sweet and salty popcorn, malteaser chocolate

Dinner - mushy pea curry and 1 slice bread

Snacks - skinny sugar free caramel latte, cadbury creations

Syns - Chocolate (12), syrup (2), bread (4)

Slightly over on syns today but have done race for life so not going to beat myself up too much!

So annoyed, I gained 2.5lbs last night and no idea why. Its a new week this week though so...

Wednesday 22nd May 2013 - Green

Breakfast - Porridge, turkish delight muller and a banana

Lunch - Jacket potato and baked beans, toffee muller and grapes

Dinner - Chilli beanz, 2 x rosemary and red onion sausages, fry light egg and a slice of wholemeal bread

Snacks - Single finger time out, pineapple, cups of tea
