Jennibells starting over Food Diary

Left the UK last september to Travel after lossing 2.5st on Slimming world now im back ive put on 13lbs :mad:

Hoping a food diary will get me back on track.

Wednesday:


Breakfast: Strawberries, Weight watchers pink grapefruit yogurt and 14g bran flakes (1/2HEB)

Snack: 1 lotus biscuit (2syns)

Lunch: Tuna, Salad, 1/2 packet of low fat supernoodles, Tesco lighter choices cottage cheese,

Snack: Tesco Prawn, Tuna and Vegetable Sushi (138g) - (1.5syns)
2 Percy Pigs - (2syns)

Snack: krisp roll - (2.5syns)

Dinner: salmon fillet, boiled pots, mange tout

Pud: alpen light bar (1/2 heb)

Breakfast: weight watchers vanilla yogurt and strawberries

Lunch: scrambled eggs and mushrooms

Snacked on strawberries

Alpen bar (heb)

Dinner: turkey veg stir fry

Pudding: strawberry cheese cake (11syns)
 
Monday:

Breakfast: Nothing! - started a new job and didnt have time :(

Lunch: Tesco Tuna and Veg Sushi - 138g - 1.5syns with Mango and a diet coke

Snack: Alpen Light Bar and a Mug shot (sweet and sour)

Dinner: Tuna, Salad, Boiled pots, - Grated cheese 20g (HEA), Mayo 1tsp - 1syn

Pud - crunch corner -11syns

Syns = 13.5
HEA = Cheese
HEB = Alpen bars

Breakfast: nectarine

Lunch: prawn salad with rice

Snacks: mango & alpen bar (1/2 heb)

98g tesco sushi (1 syn)

Dinner: sw meatballs and pasta 14g cheese (hea)

Pud: strawberries n ff yog
2 party rings (3syn)
1 belvita biscuit (3syn)
Chocolate tea (YUM)

Breakfast: porridge (14g) made with water with blueberries mixed in

Snack: grapes

Lunch: mug shot (sweet n sour) with chicken and salad

Snacks: mango, alpen light, sw quiche

Dinner: went all wrong :( went to my friends for dinner n we had lasagne and garlic bread :( i did have salad tho..

Pud: strawberries n fat free yeo vanilla yog
