    Thanks for the reply x

Yesterday was a good day untill WI, it was our xmas party and i nibbled on a tad much (Yoghurt gingerbread cake, too many pieces..) then had a kebab for dinner (chicken kebab ate half of the pitta and had mccain rustics instead of fatty chips from the kebab shop)

Had 1/2 a lb gain yesterday and have come to the conclusion that it's my carbs intake.. I have biiig portions of food and when it comes to spag bol/rice/pot/ i dont hold back... I need to reassess my portions and get them under control or i dont think i will ever reach target.

It's been a habit of mine for years though so it's going to be hard.
I can do it though, i've come this far!!

If your worried about your carbs why not try some superfree chips/wedges? I have used celeriac, swede and various squash varieties! They are lovely with things like chilli and spag bol. And i have started doing mixed veg mash for roast dinners etc using carrot, swede and butternut squash! Its sooo filling. I have huge portions of food, as i seem to always be hungry. xx

    Hi Jen!

Well done on being so close to target, must feel great! Keep going!

I am new to slimming world so not one to criticise, your food diary looks fine, do you do any exercise? Are you drinking 2 litres of water per day?

I have 1 stone to lose, cant wait to have 5lbs to go!

Hi, Thanks for reading my FD :)

Yes, it feels fab being close to target, although i've been up and down a bit lately, so it's a long time coming!!

I used to do Zumba but i dont have the option at the moment, I am really lazy, I should do more exercise i need to tone up the flabby baby belly!

I drink mostly robinsons no added sugar squash and i have pints at a time so yes i do have my 2l a day, I drink a lot of diet coke too..

Good luck on your SW journey xx
