Hello all x I've been a member on here on and off since i joined slimming world back in Jan.
I now have 5lbs to target and it's taking me forever...
Hoping to get some great tips and advice from you all!!

Extra Easy day
Breakfast
2 x weetabix (HEB)
Dash of milk (HEA)
Made with hot water and dash of milk.
Sweetner
Tea (HEA)
Necterine
Lunch
Left over spag bol from last night
(Extra lean Minced beef, onions, musrhooms, courgette, red peppers, tin of chopped toms, pasatta, oxo cube)
Processed peas
sweetcorn
Diet coke
caxtons pink n white (2.5 syns)
Dinner
Sausage and mash
3 x HL tesco sausages (3 syns)
Mash (milk part hea and spread 3 syns)
Petit pois
Green beans
Gravy (3 syns)
Strawberries
Melon
Total syns = 11.5
