Bootcamp was TOUGH free weights and I actually feel like I'm going to throw up!! Enjoyed it though ;) xxxx

The bootcamp sounds intense...but massive kudos for getting through, without puking up!! If there's any aching tomorrow you'll know you totally earnt it and it's doing you good!! Xx

It was definitely! James says he thinks I pushed myself more than before as he had to take breaks in some of the exercises but I was pushing though - red in the face, face all scrunched up haha. xxxx.

The bootcamp is intense and I'm aching already today - it usually takes 24 hours for my aches to kick in - so I must have worked my body hard. Tired and painful at the time but definitely worth it xxxx.
 
Good morning sexy slim ladies :)

Aching from bootcamp last night and STARVING.

Don't think I put what I ate yest. I won't bore with tiny details but had shepherds pie for lunch with sweet potato mash, and pizza topped chicken with parsnip and carrot chips and veg last night! We also ate quite a bit of healthy choc again and no naughties yest. Girlies who like nakd bars the banana bread one is amazeballs.

Eats today: Shepherds pie again for lunch, and sausage casserole for tea! Might serve it with extra veg and sweet potato wedges.

Morning beautiful :)

Aw thanks Hun. Feel like I've got a long way to go but enjoying the journey so I don't really mind :).

It is - you gently heat one egg cup size (melted) of coconut oil in a pan. Turn off the heat and gently stir in 1 egg cup of dark cocoa powder and 1 egg cup of set honey. Add a capful of vanilla essence and a tiny pinch of salt. Pour into a grease proof lined tray to desired thickness and set in the fridge.

Although sw wise it's got honey and oil in - neither of those will make you fat because of how the body uses them. You could always use it on a low cal day (32 cals honey, 24 cocoa powder, 200 oil) but that would last you 4 days? It's all yummy and fudgey tasting!

I shall have to source myself some coconut oil and some set honey. We only have runny at home, I think. We're going to a BBQ on Sunday and I wanted a sweet treat to take so I think that might be it!

Your boot camp sounds awesome!! I love those kinds of work outs! It doesn't really happen with running because you're kind of at a steady pace the whole way through... I love getting in a class where you get the scrunchy face!! As our good pal Jillian says, the ones that are tough are the ones that make a difference!

This healthy choc sounds intriguing - have you any snaps? xx

I feel like it does make a difference and I think the aching supports that. It has 'reduced' my belly - my belly is definitely still there but it is smaller.

Nope we scoffed it all last night but i'll make some tonight and take a pic :D xxxx
 
Hmmm calorie content looking a bit different to yours... 19 syns for the lot! Not sure how much it would make though!!xx
