Hello lovelies - gym session was fab again, really enjoyed it. Going tonight and going to do some cardio though and burn some calories!
I threw together dinner last night - turkey mince, chopped toms, kale, peppers, green beans, cashews and lots of spice! Was delish!
Eats today are a bit unorganised as was tired last night and fed up of eggs for brekkie!
B: Banana and almond butter
L: Jacket with tuna, salad, pistachios
Pre-gym: banana and almond butter
D: Fajita bowl
Shouldn't harm though with the exercise last night
Feeling a bit bloated but I've read that you can feel like that for a few days so hoping it goes away as its a bit demotivating
But woohoo it's Friday
