I am pleased to report a honk for yesterday and that I have already lost 3.1lbs of the 6lb Christmas gain. Not bad for 2 days work!

thats brilliant joanne, I knew it must have been water weight you couldnt have eaten that much! you will have lost all the weight you gained by the end of the week I bet.

Well I definitely have more motivation now. Ive just booked this years holiday for 18 May and have loads of size 12 summer clothes to fit into by then. Bearing in mind Im in an 18 at the minute what do you think are the chances? Im thinking slim to none, lol.

Todays wi revealed that I only have another 2lbs to go to get to my pre Christmas weight so feeling quite cheerful today especially since my clothes are feeling looser again.
