Likes to eat!
Hi, I am on my 1 millionth attempt to get the weight I think i will be happy with (9 stone 7lbs). I'm 13 lbs away from that at the moment. After starting the gym and doing a lot os classes including Zumba which makes you loose some serious calories I have put on 5 bloody lbs!!! Everyone is telling me that it's muscle or water or whatever but I'm not happy either way! I think I have been compensating for all my exercising and eating a bit more, so that's why I've decided to now do both. Exercise at the gym at least 4 times a week and also watch what I eat and record it on here!!

1st day...let's do this!!

B: 30g Frosties with 175ml of ss milk (172 kcal)

Snack: WW dessert fat free yogurt strawberry tart flavour (58 Kcal)

L: Some kind of low cal ready meal seen as I didn't go shopping yesterday!!
