    Hi everyone, i've only just today joined this site and i'm loving it.

    Started back on the diet yesterday and i'm doing WW but not going to meetings or anything. So here is my lil diary to keep a track on what i'm munching..you watch by the weekend it will be one big Fail!!!

    Monday 25th October 2010
    22 Points allowed

    Skipped (over laid) (not a good start)

    Total = 4

    D
    WW Meal = 4.5
    Yog = 1.5
    Skinny cow lolly = 1.5
    Total = 7.5

    Snack

    Options hot choc = 0.5
    Skimmed milk ½ pint = 1
    Total = 4

    Grand Total = 15.5

    Low fat sugar = 0.5
    Total = 3

    Apple = 0.5
    Total = 5

    Snacks
    Skinny cow lolly = 1.5

    Cheese triangle x 2 = 1

    its not intentional..lol i'm off work at the mo and i keep getting up late so i'm in effect missing breakfast..lol

    I did end up having more to eat yesterday :)

    And thanks.. its this weekend i'm bothered about, another weekend of partying..lol

    I tend to skip breakfast on weekends 'cause I get up too late so I guess we could let you off :D

    BIG FAT FAIL!!!

    Was an old work friends leaving drinks.. i intended on going for a couple hours.. but ended up going on an all day bender

    I did only drink Gin and Slimline Tonic.. but ended up having a burger and fries at end of the night..doh!!!!!:mad:

    Egg mayo = 2 (home made with lite mayo but not sure how many points)
    Wotsits = 1.5
    Total = 6.5

    Skimmed milk = 1
    Egg mayo sarnie again = 5
    Total = 7.5

    Hmm.. so today is the day I was dreading.. another party to go to.. but i've decided on this.. 1st 2 pubs have a gin and slimline tonic.. then when we get to our friends house.. (which is where it will get messy) i'm just drinking diet soft drinks.. best way even though id love to get drunk with the gang..lol

    And then.. I went out.. i had one g&t all night and drank diet coke for the rest.. but it got to about 11pm/12ish.. and i ended up having about 6 mini party size sausage rolls, a lil chocolate ball and about 8 roasted peanuts... i knew the nibbles would get me!!

    I struggled today to eat my points.. but i'm happy at 18 .

    Hmmm.. sorry diary!! i've neglected you the last week... started working again and TOTM...but managed to somehow lose a 1lb!! Diary will commence again today x
