Greetings all.

Well have had terrible laryngitis. Can you believe this? so only just got my voice back and even now its croaking all over the joint.

Lost 2lbs so theoretically only 1 as had gained a pound last week. I must do my ticker. I cant keep track of my losses n gains! Arrgggh!!! I know will look in card ha ha ha
